This software has supporting smart applications that are released through the Windows Store and some are available for free. In fact, for the business sector, Office 365 offers whatever you or your office employees need for work effectiveness.  Such as email, office 365 email backup for email storage, online meetings, instant messaging, and so on.

So, What Other Benefits Can Spacers Get?

You will get the latest Office applications on all your devices, both desktop PCs, laptops, and tablets.  How to use Office 365 isn’t too difficult because the menus and features in it are so easy to learn.

For beginners or spacers who want to improve their skills in using Office 365, don’t worry, Acer will help you.  Here’s an easy way to learn Office 365 that’s worth a try!

How to use Office 365

The first thing you have to do is buy an official license and activate it. If successful, visit the link Office.com/myaccount and sign in using your Outlook email. This e-mail address will be your entry point to use all applications in Office 365 from any device.

If you have high mobility, no need to worry because you can also use Office 365 at the office or even on campus. To do this, go to the portal.office page and sign in using e-mail.

For use on Android and iPhone, you only need to open your phone’s app store, then look for the office application you want to use, such as Word.  Meanwhile, for Windows phones, the Office applications that appear will be in the form pre-installed but you don’t need to bother downloading them.

Now, Office 365 is ready for you to use!  Oh yeah, since you’re going to use Office 365 for your work, let’s discuss a few of what makes it a good fit for your business workflow.

Reviews And Tips On Using Several Programs In Office 365.

Word

Microsoft Word in Office 365 serves as an editing and design tool. However, one plus point offered is that you can share documents on OneDrive with one click. To do this, you simply click Share on the top right of the document, then select the people you want to share the document with.

From here, you can start chats, comments, and edit documents together to work with others simultaneously. The spacer can even make Skype calls right from the document to exchange ideas.

Interestingly, you can use a web browser or the Word mobile application while on the go.  So, you can keep working from anywhere and anytime.  Practical right?

Excel

Are you an accountant or a student majoring in Economics?  You must use Excel a lot, right?  Well, you can use Excel too in Office365.

To get started, open Excel and select Blank workbook or press Ctrl + N. When finished, save the Spreadsheet to OneDrive by clicking File and then clicking Save as.  Enter a filename and click Save.  Thus, the spreadsheet can be accessed from various devices while making it easier for you to collaborate with others.

The most interesting thing, you can lock the spreadsheet from the risk of important data being deleted when collaborating.  To protect it, right-click on the selected cell/column, go to the Review tab, and click Protect Sheet.  Choose which cells/columns can be edited and who is allowed to edit.  After that, enter a password to protect your data and click OK.

PowerPoint

If you want to make presentation material, you can use PowerPoint. Select Blank Presentation to create a presentation from scratch. To make the design of PowerPoint publications looks more attractive, you can add style by choosing several templates and themes online. Not only that, but you can also add pictures, charts, animations, and videos to the presentation material.

To do this, select the Insert menu, then click Picture to add an image.  Meanwhile, to add charts, SmartArt, and shapes, you can simply select Shapes, SmartArt, or Chart from the Insert menu. If you want to collaborate, save your presentation to OneDrive and share it.  You can even work with the mobile PowerPoint application when you’re outside the office.

Office 365 is perfect for spacers with high mobility and even those with a bring their-own device (BYOD) program. You see, the software can be used on all devices, so you are ready to work anywhere. Even so, you still need light and thin coworkers to be comfortable working with remote such as Acer Swift and Spin series laptops.
