Ventev Powercell 6000 Battery
Why am I always looking for a charger for my iPhone? The phones’ batteries have gotten bigger, but this just means there are more games to play, more texts and emails to respond to, more phone calls to make, and more music and video to take in. While I use my phone for work and play, the battery always seems to fade quickly when transitioning from play to work. This slows down everything.
I have tried several of Ventev’s products before, so choosing their Powercell 6000 was a natural decision for my on the go charging solution. Since I primarily need to charge while I’m out and about, a wall charger or car charger just won’t do. They are very helpful and useful, but I need the portability. At roughly the size of a pack of cigarettes, this battery pack is a smart and easy solution. Being easily stored in a pocket, purse, or briefcase means that the Powercell 6000 is always at arms reach to possibly save your life. The battery pack is stylish, with a grey front and back and an orange band all around the whole edge. This is where all of the features are loaded. Four LED indicators let you know hair how much juice you’re carrying at all times with just a push of the power button located next to the lights. The Powercell is charged by a Mini USB port which makes charging anywhere easy seeing as most everyone has one laying around the office or home.
As the name states, the Powercell 6000 is a 6000 mAh battery, which will charge almost all smartphones on the market now. There are two separate USB charging ports to plug you phone or accessories. For headsets and devices that you don’t need immediately need, use the 1A 5W port. For me, I use the rapid charge USB port which is 2.4A 12 W. Using this port even while I am using my iPhone, still charges quite quickly and doesn’t get very hot to the touch like a lot of other charging solutions on the market today, making storing simple. Within the first day the Powercell 6000 saved my hide and a coworkers hide. I know what friends and family will be receiving for stocking stuffers this Christmas.
