Perfect for the technology-driven traveler.
When I take trips – even just day trips – I tend to make sure I’m prepared for any occasion. This means that I usually find myself filling my laptop bag full of random cables, charging bricks, external batteries, and thumb drives among other items. The problems with this is that I often find myself constantly digging around wasting precious time trying to figure out where something is. Fortunately, I recently came across the Travel Gear Organizer (TGO) from ProCase, a simple solution to over-packed cluttered bags.
TGO is a tri-fold style wrap that houses spots for cables, power bricks, and many other small accessories that you might need when traveling. It measures 17″ x 9″ while open and rolls up into a very manageable 4.5″ x 9″. The pack is very easy to stow away in any size bag – purse, crossbody sling, briefcase, or messenger bag. It’s made from heavy-duty, waterproof nylon, which makes it ideal for travel. There are several elastic straps available to secure your belongings. And while it’s really designed for technology products, the pack could also be used for healthcare products or a grooming kit.
The case is meant to keep you organized. And as such, you are provided with 6 elastic loops, 3 mesh pockets, 2 open pockets, 2 smaller zippered pockets, and 1 large zippered pocket. When rolled up, there is an elastic band that secures the case, but this could also be used as a hanging option for the pouch. Even when it’s loaded down, the Travel Gear Organizer is lightweight and very easy to carry around with you. This would be perfect for a ‘go’ bag for any sort of production gear, too.
I should have found this case years ago; it would have saved me so much time! Now, I can look forward to using it on upcoming road trips as well as the annual trip to CES in January. There are so many times that I find myself becoming frustrated when I reach into my bag and pull out a mass of cables. This will prevent me undue stress during any upcoming outings.
