Preset iOS allows you to post a Perfect Photo Every Time.
I love the fact that I have a camera with me everywhere I go. It’s great for those times that I’m with friends and family for special occasions, or the not so special occasions where something just happens. I have the ability to capture memories at the drop of a hat. I’m very glad that Apple added in the editing ability to the Photos app on the iPhone because it gives me the chance to fine tune photos that I take while I’m out and about. The only thing it doesn’t afford me is the option to save those settings once I’ve used them. Preset for iOS does.

Preset is a photo filter creation app for iOS users that allows you to design and save customized filters for photos you have stored on your phone. Developer, Rao Studios, designed Preset to work with the iOS ecosystem and utilizes gestures to allow users to swap, delete, or disable filters that they are creating. Preset also features pinch and zoom as part of its functionality for a close-up look at photos. The app has full iPad support. Perhaps the best feature of Preset is that you can use it as a utility for Apple’s Photos app. That means, you can create a preset filter in Preset, save it, and then apply the filter from within Photos without every closing the app. It’s really a great add-on for Photos.

I have been pretty impressed with Preset. It’s easy to use and creates some really cool effects for photos. I love that it comes with some filters already included because it gives you a starting off point for your own creations. I really love making photos look warm and rich so I typically pull down the contrast and turn up the saturation to make it full of color. Preset allows you to do that and save it for use with many photos. One thing I did notice that I hope is adjusted is that after you apply two effects to your Preset chain, a prompt appears for you to name your filter. To me, this is an interruption in my work flow and I would much rather that prompt appear when I attempt to close the chain instead.
If you are looking for a way to improve your photos, try Preset for iOS. It’s the best way to perfect your photos.
