Amazing Moshi Crossbody Adventure
Throughout the year, I go through many different types of bags. I use a backpack or messenger bag for school, a small crossbody wallet-purse for work, and a full-size suitcase when I travel. So, when I had the opportunity to review the new Tego Crossbody Sling Bag from Moshi, I thought that it was a sleek combination of style and compact functionality.
The Tego Crossbody Sling Bag is part of Moshi’s new summer travel collection. This bag is designed so that you can quickly and easily access your belongings by swinging the bag from back to front in a sliding motion. Moshi is offering this bag in two colors — Stone Gray and Charcoal Black. The Tego collection is inspired by urban streetwear and gives you the space you need to organize your essentials.
This sling bag features a compact interior with a padded sleeve large enough for a 10.5-inch iPad Pro. Moshi included an RFID shield pocket for you to store your credit cards in so that they are protected from unwarranted digital attacks. The Tego Crossbody can be worn on either the left or the right shoulder. This sling bag is weather resistant and features an easy-to-clean lining, Anti-theft rear zippers, and cut-proof fabric.
- 3M Scotchlite reflective strip for safety at night
- Padded Airmesh support for breathability and comfort
- Cut-proof and lightweight fabric
- Weather-resistant surface treatment
- Zinc alloy hardware and studs
- Length: 9.3 in (23.5 cm)
- Height: 16.1 in (41 cm)
- Width: 2.8 in (7 cm)
- Weight: 1.06 lb (0.48 kg)
The Tego Crossbody Sling is sold without exterior packaging. The buckle and strap are neatly wrapped up and it does have product tags tied to the zipper. I felt that the bag was neatly presented for consumers.
My experience with the Tego Sling was interesting. This Moshi bag is easy to use and to take places. It’s lightweight and has a quick-release strap which is very convenient when you need to access your belongings. I did have a small problem with the zipper for the main compartment. It sticks a little more me at the very top of the bag. I think this was just because the covering of the zipper caused it to be a tight fit. The 10.5-inch iPad Pro fits easily into its pocket and the main compartment is deep enough to carry most items you want to keep with you. I didn’t have any issue with fitting what I wanted in the sling. The bag is very comfortable to wear and I love that it can be worn on either your left or right side. It’s flexible and that makes the bag that much better.
The Moshi Tego Crossbody Sling is an amazing product. It retails for $119.95, which is more than I think I would want to pay for a bag this size, but everyone is different. This bag is tough and I think it will last a long time. It’s good for carrying smaller pieces of photography gear and since it will fit with a 10.5-inch iPad Pro, smaller laptops could potentially fit as well.
