User Experience

The back of the boxes have a few design callouts but for the most part, the packaging is bare. I want to point out that the part number is listed just above the barcode. Since the names of these products are fairly ambiguous I found the P/N to be invaluable because I was able to easily track them down on Monoprice’s website.

One of the first observations I made was that each of these adapters offers the same benefits to users. The 7-in-1 adapter includes an Ethernet port whereas the 6-in-1 does not. Because of this one design difference, the 7-in-1 adapter is slightly longer than the 6-in-1 adapter. Both adapters keep all the ports to one side with on port on the end and the USB-C extension cable on the opposite end.
