Blog for Apple software engineers goes live.
In 2016, Apple announced its plans for being open with academia and today, they have launched the Machine Learning Journal, a blog dedicated to software engineers and their research. This journal follows heavy technical topics like innovations in AI and the machine learning space. Apple will update the site throughout the year and invites outside engineers, students, and researchers to participate in discussions.
The site itself is a little bland, but when you dive into the individual articles, you will find rich text, images, diagrams, and graphs outlining the particular topics. The first post is fairly technical — like I would expect most posts to be — and may not be entertaining for mainstream audiences. That said, it’s a great learning experience for those who are interested in software design and engineering.
Apple is welcoming questions and comments by providing a feedback email: firstname.lastname@example.org
