On April 15, 2020, Live Home 3D, a multi-platform home and interior design app, got a 3.7.3 update that brings mouse support and more.

What’s New in Live Home 3D version 3.7.3:

Added mouse support on devices running iOS / iPadOS 13.4 or higher. Now users of Live Home 3D can enjoy the full power of their mobile devices with mouse support on iPads and iPhones.

Added Export/Import feature for sharing materials and 3D objects between devices (export not available in the free version). Selected materials export and import is handy for business users such as estate agents or furniture vendors who can now easily share models with their clients.

Improved object and material libraries (added new models of electric cars, lamps, etc.). With almost every update, the app’s built-in Object Library gets new objects. This time, we added around a hundred new 3D models (electric cars, lamps, sofas, armchairs, fireplaces, etc.) and materials (wood, environment, brick, parquet, etc.), plus a new fully furnished house template.

Re-worked existing models in the Library. Not only do we add new objects, but we also enhance the existing ones. This time, we improved object texturing and optimized their size for several categories (Sofas, Armchairs, Lamps, Chairs, Beds, Bathroom).

Other improvements:

  • Added support for SketchUp 2020 models on macOS.
  • Improved FBX export.
  • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

The update is free for all existing Live Home 3D users. Available in: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese Simplified, Ukrainian, Russian, and Japanese languages.

Price: Free (offers $9.99 and $19.99 in-apps), $19.99 ( Pro Edition iOS/iPadOS/Windows 10, macOS Standard), $49.99 (macOS Pro Edition)
