JOTO Cable Management Sleeves Review:
A few years ago, we upgraded our home theater system. It includes an HD TV, A/V receiver with 5.1 surround sound speakers (and subwoofer), DVR box, Apple TV and Xbox One gaming system. Even though we love to be a cable-less family, this set-up calls for a minimum of two cables per device – one power cable and one a/v in/out cable. Try as we might, there is just no way to eliminate any additional cable clutter from our home theater system. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to try out a couple of different styles of cable management sleeves from JOTO and they have made our set-up much more user-friendly.The Flexible Cable Cover from JOTO is meant to pull cables together and use in place of products like zip ties while the Cable Management Sleeve is meant to give your cables a conduit to route through. We use both in our set-up.
The Cable Management Sleeve measures 1-meter in length and has cutouts every 2 inches so that you can route your cables where they need to go while controlling the bulk of the cable run. For our system, this is a great option because we have so many devices that are on multiple shelves, it’s great to attach to the back of the entertainment center and then let the cables flow in and out as needed.
The Flexible Cable Cover helps us control the stereo cable for the speakers. It is made from neoprene and has a zippered closure. This makes it easy to add or remove cables at will. Also, because the cable cover is black, it makes it easy to hide the cables.
If you are looking to reduce your cable clutter, these two products from JOTO make it much easier and more affordable than using products that you can only use once.
