Gum++ by Just-Mobile

Gum++ by Just-Mobile is power in a small package.

I looked at my iPhone shortly after I took it off its charger and its battery level was at 100%. Now, just a short time later, it’s at 70%. “What the heck?” You might be saying. I know I’ve said this quite a few times. Maybe it’s an app that’s gone rogue or a reminder for a location that’s causing your iPhone to be constantly doing something in the background, but no matter what the cause, you can’t stop your day and wait around at some outlet while your phone charges. Believe me, I’ve tried.

Because of this type of situation, I’ve found different ways to rectify it. This is where the Gum++ comes into play. Gum++ is an awesome little power block that can fit in your pocket and will give your phone the juice it needs while on the go.

I used the Gum++ for the past few weeks and love how fast it’s charged my iPhone 5S while taking trips to museums around our area. We spent three days last week taking road trips and during that time, yes, I could have charged my device in the car, but the outlets had already been taken up by other devices. This trip gave me a great opportunity to use the Gum++.

What I found was the aluminum shell houses an improved 6000mAh Li-Ion battery and has enough capacity to recharge a smartphone up to 3 times. Here are the main features of the Gum++:

  • Solid aluminum enclosure
  • Compatible with all smartphones and tablets
  • Recharges any USB device
  • USB-to-micro USB cable and storage pouch included
  • High capacity – 6000mAh Li-Ion battery
  • High power – 2.5A current
  • 5 LED capacity indicators

Gum++ can be found in an array of colors – black, silver and gold. I choose the Gold color to match my iPhone and the color is right on with the design of the iPhone.

One of the things I like the best about the Gum++ is that there is an on/off button and of course, the LED indicator lights. There are many battery backups that I’ve tested that have the indicator lights, but not the on/off button. I found this very useful because it makes it possible to turn off Gum++ when you are done with it rather than waiting for the unit to shut off on its own. I also found the 5 LED lights on the device to be helpful when needing to know how much longer I could rely on the Gum++.

The Gum++ is a wonderful addition to any smartphone or tablet users toolkit. It is small, lightweight and easy to carry with you. Because of its high-power USB output, it recharges devices exceptionally fast and is stylish to match the design of the iPhone. Gum++ comes complete with a carrying pouch and a USB/Micro-USB cable to refill the Gum++ when its power is depleted.

Gum++ is available for purchase through usa.just-mobile.com/iphone/gum-double-plus and amazon for $69.99. For more information, visit usa.just-mobile.com.
