Plantronics providing some innovative options for communications.
Another company I had the privilege of talking with last week at CES was Plantronics. The audio/communications company focused on highlighting three of their newest products – BackBeat SENSE, Voyager UC, and the Plantronics RIG 500. Their booth was designed to give attendees a first-hand look at the company’s communication device innovations in action. Activities included bleeding-edge demos co-developed with AT&T, Google and Gemalto, in conjunction with PLT Labs, the company’s dedicated innovations team, and hands-on exposure to the company’s award-winning communications device portfolio, including the BackBeat SENSE, and Voyager Focus UC. Additionally, Cary Bran, vice president of Innovation and New Ventures and head of PLT Labs, participated on panels at both shows; topics included WebRTC, and demystifying the inner workings of today’s tech.
