Case provides a secure place to store and organize watch bands.
I’ve been a fan of the Apple Watch ever since it first launched and I have really enjoyed all the different watch band designs that have been released for it. So, over the years I’ve collected quite a few bands. During some recent cleaning and organization projects around our house, I’ve discovered that I’m missing at least one of my favorite bands. And unfortunately, it’s not a band that is made anymore by Apple. Because of this discovery, I decided it was time to find a better way to organize and store my watch bands. That’s how I came to start using this Watch Band Carrying Case from BGTREND.

DETAILS
BGTREND is a newer company that focuses on creating storage and organization solutions for consumers. The Watch Band Carrying case is made with premium materials like cationic dyed polyester. The interior features four ‘pages’ for band storage. The pages are lined with thick padding for protection and the double zippers offer extra safety so that you don’t lose any bands while they are being stored. The case weighs approximately 15.2 ounces and measures 13 x 9 x 1 inches.

USER EXPERIENCE
The carrying case didn’t have any real packaging to speak of. It had a plastic wrap around it, but it didn’t have any descriptive imagery or branding on it. The carrying case has a simple, clean design. When I took it out of the plastic, I actually did a double-take because I thought it was for a tablet. It’s about the right size to hold a tablet or even a small laptop, but when you open it up, there are dividers and pockets that are specifically designed to hold Apple Watch Bands. Truth be told, it could probably hold just about any watch band, but I will strictly be using it for my Apple Watch Bands.

The case is considered to be “large-capacity” by design and it can hold up to 35 bands. I like that the case is easily stored away while you are at home, or portable enough to use while traveling. I also really like that even though there are slots for complete watch bands, netted and clear pockets are also included in the case for additional accessories.

When I sat down to pack my bands into the case, I laid them out in sets. For a period of time, Apple was packaging their Sport bands with both small and large band options in a single box. Because of that, I have both sizes of band extensions in my collection. So, I decided to pack the smaller ones away into the pouches and leave the larger ones – the ones I use – out in the slots so they could be accessed easier. By going through this organizational process, I actually discovered that I was missing half of one band set in addition to the full band I knew about at the beginning of this process. Even though that is disappointing, I am glad that I now have a place to store all my bands.

CONCLUSION
The carrying case is lightweight and very easy to use. I am really very fond of this case even though it wasn’t quite what I expected. If you have collected Apple Watch Bands as I have, I would recommend investing in this case. It’s affordable and very versatile.
