Sometimes while out and about I might find the need to write something for my blog, during these times if I can’t find a wi-fi hotspot around I’m forced to use textedit, most of these writings in textedit have never or most likely will never end up on my blog. Today I’ve ran into MarsEdit, a blogging software that will allow you to write your post, add tags, title, it will even allow you to drop it into your categories, making it easy to publish my post with no hassle once I find internet again. I’m writing this post with…

I would have never thought this to happen, Apple has allowed Verizon to get the iPhone. Below is from Apple.com Beginning February 10, the phone that changed everything will be available on both AT&T and Verizon Wireless in the United States. Qualified Verizon Wireless customers will also have the exclusive opportunity to pre-order iPhone 4 online on February 3, ahead of general availability. Whichever network you choose, you’ll get FaceTime video calling, the high-resolution Retina display, a 5-megapixel camera, HD video recording, long battery life, and all the other great features of iPhone 4.

Verizon to get the iPhone, what a joke. I understand that with CDMA you can’t do voice and data in parallel? I know first hand that AT&T’s network sucks, I can’t even get service in my house I’m forced to use one of AT&T’s 3G micro cell’s. Even with the crappy service I will

Okay. I want to start by saying that I strive on being funny and making fun of things but on this next APP that I experienced I honestly can not! Holy crap this APP is Fucking Titties!!! MotionX you are my friend. I’m going to go ahead and do a short run down on just a few of the features…Start by tapping the GPS option. Going to the Search Wheel and WOW! Address feature. I can be in the woods miles from anything type in “Burger King” and have a trail set with the shortest route straight to it without in wanting to go to roads and highways…

It’s time again folks to load up the pack and take a walk in the naked forests kicking their cover and tripping over roots that prey under the compost. So what APP did I use this time? A rather simple one actually. eGretelPro for the iPhone 4. There are a few cons with this APP but otherwise I was quite happy with it. Start off by spending the $0.99 it costs, start dropping crumbs, and hit the trail head. It records your tracks by dropping crumbs every 100 feet to make sure you find your way back from being bold…

I recently used the App Hi-Hiker Pro for a bit of short hiking in Razorback Country to see what the knee buckling 9.99$ App was packing…Let’s just say when people say, I’m packing some heat, this App justifies that cliche! I could have cooked a steak on the back of my phone..I’m surprised my phone still works after this App…

Last night I was so excited to get my hands on Apple’s Magic Trackpad. After having the night to play with it I’m not sure if I’m so excited to spend the $74.88 after tax on this Apple device. I have been called an Apple fanboy before and it does hold true, I love Apple and their products. Even the Magic Trackpad is nice, clean, and works very well. My problem with the trackpad is that while using it my wrist tires out hovering over it, also that its not as nice to work with something like Adobe Photoshop. I…

I used to look for RSS readers in the app store all the time. I never found one that worked well and looked good at the same time. One of my biggest pet peeves, is apps that are supported by ads. I just can’t stand them. If the app is good I will pay for it before using the ad supported version. So it’s hard finding apps that are free and not ad supported, while having a great interface and doing its job well. Running into iNews O has been amassing, its just what all apps should be. A great…

Dear iPhone 4 Users, The iPhone 4 has been the most successful product launch in Apple’s history. It has been judged by reviewers around the world to be the best smartphone ever, and users have told us that they love it. So we were surprised when we read reports of reception problems, and we immediately began investigating them. Here is what we have learned. To start with, gripping almost any mobile phone in certain ways will reduce its reception by 1 or more bars. This is true of iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, as well as many Droid, Nokia and RIM…

AT&T to raise two-year termination fee by 86% on iPhones, does this mean AT&T is getting ready for iPhone users to jump ship? I would think from all the crappy service AT&T has provided over the past 3 years and making Apple look like liars by not allowing tethering after Apple had announced the iPhone would do it. Personally I think Apple would be ready to send the iPhone elsewhere. June 7th is just around the corner and such a weird move by the wireless provider could mean they know that Apple is about to send the iPhone towards a…

If you thought apple would be putting flash on the iPhone well then you was way wrong. Today Apples CEO and co founder Steve Jobs put out a letter explaining why it will never happen. Below is the full letter released today by Steve Jobs. “Apple has a long relationship with Adobe. In fact, we met Adobe’s founders when they were in their proverbial garage. Apple was their first big customer, adopting their Postscript language for our new Laserwriter printer. Apple invested in Adobe and owned around 20% of the company for many years. The two companies worked closely together…

Today I got my first chance to play with the iPad, I was at my local BestBuy, my first encounter with the iPad was not anything special, BestBuy had put some sort of screen protecter on the iPad which made typing and sliding on the glass very hard to do. I am a very loyal Apple user, but unless you are an avid book reader and plaining on buying an Amazon Kindle I don’t think the purchase of an iPad is very practical. Altho the iPad has some great features its definitely not a Laptop replacement by any type of…
