Event is expected to unveil the iPhone 12 product line
Apple released invitations today for a previously unannounced Apple Event. This isn’t completed unexpected since Apple typically releases iPhone models in the fall and their September event was all about the Apple Watch. The event was announced via Apple.com. They changed the main image on their homepage to indicate the date and time of the event. The invitation was also sent out to press contacts of Apple.
The invitation reads:
Apple Event | Join us from Apple Park. October 13, 2020, at 10 a.m. PDT
Given the community health concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), Apple will be holding this event virtually just as they have the past two events.
